The all new Maruti Suzuki Celerio that is the new version of A-star whose testing are across Europe on JK Vectras that’s made by India and in RHD configuration. Yes, we are talking about the new way look of A-star that has now revealed with a new name and design at: Wind Celerio hatchback, doesn’t know what the meaning behind A: wind that Maruti want to tell.

This new hatchback is spotted during testing near the Maruti factory in Gurgaon. When Celerio launched in the Indian automotive market it is possible to replace the A-Star and Zen Estilo hatchback.
The Maruti Suzuki Celerio car is 1.6 meters wide, 3.6 meter length (2.4 meter wheelbase) and 1.5 meters high. The tail lamp design is taken from the latest Alto 800/A-Star, but the rear indicators give more contemporary V-shape looks. At the rear design part, the bottom gets more air vents that are mostly for only diesel engine.

The new Maruti Celerio interior is more spacious than the outgoing models. The New Celerio expects to fit with new 800 CC diesel engine that by standard of it is competitors that produced around 70 – 75 bhp and maximum torque 150-170Nm. The transmission option expects to include 5 – speed manual transmission as well as the four speed automatic transmission.
The petrol version expects to remain same 1.0 litre that able to produce 67 bhp and 90Nm of maximum torque. We expect that there are two diesel options are available in the Ldi and Zdi variants. There is also a possibility that a CNG compatible version also unveiled for Celerio.

The Maruti Suzuki flagship Celerio is a small fighter and kept just above the Alto 800 class, it competes with Chevrolet Beat, Hyundai Santro Xing, Nissan Micra Active and Tata Indica V2.
